With over 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of technology services, Jeff has specialized in the area of IT operational effectiveness and planning. His consultative approach helps our clients quickly realize the options for solving major challenges.
Engagements with health delivery networks, health plans, pharmaceuticals and non-profit foundations have included IT strategic planning, mergers, project/program management, and technical architecture.

For many years Jeff was a partner at Aspen Advisors, consultant manager at First Consulting Group and supported General Motors internationally at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). During 2008 – 2010, he was the technology leader for a new hospital organization in Botswana, Africa. From 2010 – 2014 he managed a team of technical architects and project managers as a partner with Aspen Advisors providing services to health delivery organizations across the country. Jeff is also an advisor to Foundation AI which develops Artificial Intelligence tools for healthcare, insurance and legal markets.
